thin wallsdusty air conditioner
the walls were surprisingly thin i could hear everything the neighbors were doing. it reminded me of they were practically in my room. also the air conditioner smelled dusty i suspect it hadn't been cleaned in ages. i cleaned a bit of the floor myself and the rug turned black. not exactly the super clean experience i was hoping for

The front desk staffs kindness I notice. My wife mistakenly checked out, and they assisted her in returning to her room. I acknowledge their help. The hotel booked me a Grab car. This made my departure smooth. The pool was relaxing and separate. I appreciate that it removed all the crowds.
The room lack a microwave. Reheating food was impossible, and that resulted food waste. I think they could easily fix it.

I found the location convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping centers. The comfort room had a thoughtful design, I appreciated that. Staff members are friendly and accommodating. Their warm greetings were very cute.
The soundproofing could be improved, as I could occasionally hear conversations from adjacent rooms.

The location near greenbelt is perfect. It made getting around so easy. i found a 7/11 and starbucks right across the street. This added great convenience. laundry services within the building were a plus for me. access to the gym and pool was amazing!
the mini double room could benefit from having a table and chair. it would make the space more functional for work or dining. i hope they consider adding these amenities in the future.
